在埔鹽的主要道路上，遠遠就會看見一台鐵牛車，
這台鐵牛車上不是載著農具或收成，上面寫著的是「元氣咖啡」，一間開在農地旁的在地咖啡館。
元氣咖啡是由一對熱愛咖啡的夫妻開設，從簡單的公園旁的腳踏車上開始營業，一開始由於農村的人並不習慣喝咖啡經營上並不容易，後來經營久了大家開始越來越喜愛他們做的咖啡，也才開始有了店面，經營起一家咖啡店。
這家咖啡店跟一般印象中的不一樣，充滿了各樣農村用具的運用來作為裝潢，這是由於辛苦的經營並沒有非常雄厚的資本裝潢，而是一點一滴用身邊的資源去打造出來的在地味，也因為這樣，這裡完全不同於一般的咖啡館。
老闆跟老闆娘都是音樂愛好者，會彈二胡跟彈古箏，有時候點上一杯咖啡還可以聽到現場演出的美妙音樂喔。

You can see a tractor on the main road of Puyan Township. It is not for the uses of transfer the tools or crops, but a coffee shop located beside the farm with the name of “Vitality Coffee”.
The coffee shop owned by a couple who have deep affection to coffee and started their business simply with a bicycle beside the park. It is hard at the beginning, because the residents in farm village are not used to drink coffee. After some times, they start to run their business in a shop after their coffee welcome by the people around.
The shop is different from the others by decorating various kinds of farm tools. This is because they make use of the resources around them to localize their shop.
The couple are both music lover which good in Erhu and Guzheng. Sometimes, you might able to enjoy the amazing live music performance when you order a cup of coffee.
