彰化的沙灘，像肉粽一樣的消波塊以及風力發電群最多的地方
，上面在說的就是位於彰濱工業區外的肉粽角海岸。
由於位於彰化較偏遠的工業區，許多遊客並不知道這個地方，這裡可是北返候鳥的重要棲息地，是許多愛好賞鳥的最佳觀景點選擇，由於這裡的風力發電風車密度也居於全台之冠，這裡也是許多拍攝婚紗的新人特別喜愛的地點。
退潮之後，泥灘地裸露出來，當地的生態就以另一種方式呈現，許多人會趁著這時赤足採上沙灘，追逐玩樂，撿拾貝殼或挖尋潮蟹，一邊看著美麗的海景。
到了傍晚，夕陽慢慢西下，天色的顏色開始從白色、變成淺藍色、深藍色、黃色變到紅色，夕陽與風車的剪影成就了這裡獨一無二的夕陽景致。
由於海邊的風浪很大，務必選擇天氣好的退潮時間才可以前往。

Rou-Zhong-Jiao seacoast located at Changbin Industrial Area which has the most windmills for wind power.
Rou-Zhong-Jiao seacoast is an important habitat for migratory bird which returning to north and made the best location for bird watching. Besides, here has the largest number of windmills in Taiwan. Newly-wed couples love to take their pre-wedding photos here.
The mud ground shows after ebb and present us another type of the ecology here. Many people will walk on the ground with barefoot, play around, collect seashells or find the crab while enjoy the beautiful seaside view.
The sun starts to set slowly. The color of sky changes from white to blue, then dark blue, yellow and red color. The sunset with windmills make the unique view here.
Please choose the day with good weather to enjoy the ebb time, due to the strong wind and big wave at the seaside.
