Quanzhou Community Park
從地名可以得知，這個村落大多來自於泉州的移民，早期又以
周姓為大族，過去原名為泉州厝，後改為兩村，分為泉州以及泉厝兩村。
此村為臺灣最早的高甲戲發源地，高甲戲兩百年前由泉州傳到這裡，後來傳至臺灣各處都是由此學習而來，後來由於傳統戲曲漸漸沒落，學習的人口也逐漸消失，泉州村中的老師葉赤牛從小學習，不忍高甲戲失傳，便帶領社區開始重新學習，並參加社區的影像學習研習營，記錄更多高甲戲的演出。
村內目前有高甲戲的學習班，並且彩繪各種高甲戲的樂器、以及演出特色，讓戲曲融入整個社區當中。社區內由於早期移民，留下許多百年以上的古厝，許多建築樣式都可以在這個小小的村在中發現。建議可以用半天的時間來這裡走走散步，或是聽聽當地的高甲戲，將可以感受到另一種農村風情。

We can know about that almost all residence in this village is immigrated from Quanzhou because of its name. The biggest clan here is the Zhou family at the beginning. The village called Quanzhou-Cuo at the past. After that, it had divided into two villages with the name Quan Zhou and Quan Cuo.
The Gaojia Opera of Fujian in Taiwan was first originated from this village. It been brought to Taiwan from Quanzhou since 200 years ago. Then, it spreads all over the Taiwan from here. However, the cultural of traditional opera started to decline afterward and the people who want to learn about it become fewer and fewer. Ye, Chi-Niu who is a teacher from Quanzhou village does not want to lost the Gaojiao opera which he had started to learn it since young. Also he gets up to lead the community to learn it again. He joins the video learning camp to learn and record more performances of Gaojia Opera of Fujian and Taiwan. Now, there is Gaojia Opera classes in the village and hope to merge the opera cultural with the community. There are painting of instrument uses in the Gaojia Opera and special performance.
There are many old houses with more than hundred years history. Because of immigration, at the earlier period many different architectural styles can be seen here.
Let’s spend half a day here and walk around the village or listen to the local Gaojia Opera to feel another type of cultural in the village.
