老三蚵仔炸是當地的老店，而且也是微笑319鄉的微笑店家，表示這家店不只是當地人喜愛，同時也是喜愛旅遊朋友們，推薦的好店喔。
店內以海鮮為主，蚵仔炸當然是招牌，以王功一帶的珍珠蚵為底，內有蔥花、青菜、還帶有一點點的粉絲，外酥內軟，鮮味十足。
除此之外另外一份最熱門的就是花枝酥，配料跟蚵仔炸，不同的是滿滿的花枝讓整的酥炸的部分都股起來，而且花枝吃起來相當軟嫩不會硬，每一片都又大又軟，幾乎是每個人必點的主菜。
店裡還有其他各種不同的海鮮料理，不論是吃飽還是吃巧，都可以在這裡得到絕佳的滿足。

Lao-San Fried Oyster is the local old shop. It is not only the favourite for the native but also a good shop recommended by traveller.
Seafood is the main focus of the shop and fried oyster is the most recommended. It taste crispy outside and soft inside with the pearl oyster from Wanggong as base. It adds some minced green onion, vegetables and bean vermicelli.
Besides, the crispy calamari is another famous dish in this shop. The ingredients are all the same except it is filled with calamari instead of oysters. Every pieces of calamari is big in size and soft to bite. This is a main dish ordered by almost everyone. It can definitely satisfy your stomach.
