全台僅有這裡才有。
這一家超過60年老店，原本是推在街上賣的叭噗冰淇淋，是伸港人必吃的零食之一，後來找到了一家店面，也就在這裡開始長期經營下去。
這裡除了大家容易吃到的芋頭冰之外，還有梅仔冰、綠豆、巧克力等等的口味，最特別當然就是「豬肉冰」了。
由於彰化產豬肉，豬肉料理一直都是彰化的強項，這家店主嘗試著用豬肉來做冰淇淋，沒想到居然大受歡迎了。
豬肉冰的作法是用豬的腿肉瘦肉的部分拌炒蔥花及豬油，炒乾之後加上五香肉桂粉，最後再加上麵粉、奶粉以及太白粉以及糖的原料做比例調和，最後才製作出這個肉冰。
肉冰的口感非常特別，一口下去是鹹的口感，嘴巴裡還可以吃到肉塊，並且有香料的味道，與一般的冰淇淋完全不同，一般沒有嘗試過的人會許會擔心，可是這可是賣了60年的口味，是來到伸港絕對要一嚐的小點心。

There is always a bapu ice-cream in every village and becomes the childhood memory for everyone. However, pork flavor ice-cream only available here.
This is a 60 years old shop which was first sells the bapu ice cream on street and then moved to a shop afterward and run it as a long-term business. It is one of the must try snacks for whom live at Shengang.
Other than the taro ice which can get it easily from everywhere, here also have some flavours, such as plum, green bean, chocolate and so on while the most special flavour here no other than the ice in pork flavour.
The pork cuisine is always the strength for Changhua because here is the place of production for fresh pork. The shop owner tries to make an ice-cream from pork and does not expect the high popularity as now.
The procedure of making the pork ice is as below. First, fry the lean meat of pork shoulder with green onion and lard until dried. After that, add some five spices powder before get the perfect ratio mixture of flour, milk powder, potato starch and sugar. A meat ice is now ready to serve. The ice taste very special because it is salty with taste of spices and pieces of meat inside. This made the totally different flavour of ice-cream. The special flavour of ice is selling for 60 years and it is definitely one of the must try snacks at Shengang. Although some of the people feel so strange before try it out.
