，來到伸港不可錯過的美食之一。
爌肉飯在彰化就是一種小吃店的代名詞，但其實每一家的店都有許多不同的重點主食，而伸港的這家石心爌肉飯除了爌肉飯之外，最被推薦的主食就是「現炸無骨雞腿飯」。
店內的食物非常多種，基本上從爌肉飯、滷肉飯、土魠魚羹，含有各式湯品小菜非常好吃，只是這一家的現炸無骨雞腿其他家找不到的餐點。
去骨的雞腿炸的外酥內嫩，外層深咖啡色是用新鮮豬油所炸出來的，所有皮還有一層油香
，酥炸過的雞腿不會太油或太老，咬下之後酥脆中帶著軟嫩的雞肉口感，與一般的雞腿完全不能相提並論，現在就是店內的招牌餐點，來到這裡可是非點不可的喔！
店內的土魠魚羹也是非常推薦的，來到這裡別忘的多多嘗試一下喔！

Shi Xin is a shop which recommended by the native and already running business for 25 years with queue at the afternoon and night.
Soy-stew pork with rice is a pronoun for the eatery at Changhua but each of the shop serves different main dishes. Shi Xin serves the famous fried boneless chicken drumsticks with rice. There are also many choices offered in the shop, included soy-stew pork with rice, braised pork rice, various delicious soup and side dishes. Only the fried boneless chicken drumstick is nowhere to be found.
The boneless drumstick tastes tender inside and crispy outside. The skin is in dark brown colour and smells good after fried with fresh lard. It is incomparable by normal drumstick. So do not miss to try it out when you visit to the shop!
