秀水鄉過去全盛時期約有60戶酪農，因此設立示範村、收乳站及收乳車，
酪農早晚擠乳的熱鬧景象與牛隻『哞. 哞』的叫聲，形成當地最具特色的產業，不過近年酪農大量減少，這樣的風景已經很少見。
岡聯牧場草創於民國59年間，由已故李源和先生及現任場長李源池先生兄弟倆人共同合作，，94年配合休閒農業政策，開始轉型酪農生活體驗之牧場，為勉子孫「飲水思源」及「聯合作戰」乃取名「岡聯」。
目前農場內有各種牛奶製品肉包、奶酪、冰淇淋、優酪乳，既新鮮又好吃，農場內還有體驗活動「牛仔一日生活」遊客透過實際餵食牧草、清洗牛舍、收割牧草的活動，了解牧場運作及乳牛生態，還可以DIY鮮奶酪、優酪乳等乳製品喔!

The demonstration of village, station and car for milk collection was set up because of there were 60 dairy farms at the past. The lively scene of the farmer collecting milk and the “moo” sound of the cow form the unique local industry. However, it is hard to see it now due to the declination in amount of farmer in recent years.
The Gang Lian Farm founded in 1970 year by the Li brothers. The farm then changed their business type to the farm of experiencing the life of farmer to concert with the policy of leisure farm during 2005 year. The farm named as Gang Lian to remind the next generation of being gratefulness and the importance of team work.
Now, there are various kinds of fresh and delicious dairy products available here, included cheese, ice-cream, yogurt and so on. There is also experiencing activity with the title “Cowboy Daily Life”. Tourists are able to understand the operating of the farm and the ecology of milk cow through the actual feeding process, barn cleaning and grass reaping activities. There are DIY activities in making dairy products, such as fresh cheese and yogurt available, too!
