Special Sausage with Sticky Rice of Song’s Family
位於伸港福安宮旁，非常不起眼的小攤子
，許多大貨車要前往濱海公路時都一定會停下來買，有時連當地人都買不到，外出人的標準隨手小吃，填飽辛勤工作的飢餓，就是這一攤。
跟一般的大腸包小腸不一樣，這裡的組合可是非常豐富的，烤熱了的大常用刀切開，底層先鋪上一層伸港自產的蒜頭丁，這蒜頭丁非常香辣新鮮，接著加上翠綠的小黃瓜絲用來平衡味蕾，接著加上海風醃製的古早味菜脯，再夾上自己醃製的豬肉香腸，滿滿一袋握在手裡都覺得非常滿足。
大腸皮非常新鮮，所以一咬就斷絕不藕斷絲連，辣味的蒜頭丁提味香腸香料，香腸內肥肉與瘦肉醃製入味，小黃瓜平衡了口中的油膩感，最後補上古早味菜脯鹹香的口感，這一味就是當地用來慰勞貨車司機長途開車的辛勞，以及下午茶的點心。

It is a small stall located beside the Shengang Fuan Kung. Many drivers will stop by to purchase. The local people sometimes are might too late to buy it. This is a stall who feed the hunger of hardworking people and the standard snack in hand during outing time.
The sausage with sticky rice here is very rich in the combination of food ingredients. The sticky rice is slits into half with knife after grilled and spread a layer of fresh spicy minced ginger from Shengang. Then, a layer of gherkin to balance the taste together with some radish dried. The pork sausage which marinated by seller is put into the sticky rice after that.
The sticky rice’s skin is able to break it in one bite.
The spicy minced garlic raises the taste of the spices sausage which well marinated with fat and lean meat. The gherkin balanced up the feeling of oily in your mouth.
How satisfy to hold the packet full with food in hand! This is a light refreshment for high tea time.
